Discount Code Terms

Please note that discount codes can only be applied once to any order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Once applied the discount code cannot be used again. Discount codes cannot be added or refunded after the purchase has taken place. If an item is returned from an order that had a discount code applied, the value of the code used will be deducted from any refund. Unfortunately codes that have been redeemed cannot be reissued in the event of a return.

Gift Voucher Terms

When placing an order for a Gift Voucher please note that this is an E-Voucher and will be automatically emailed to the email address provided unless you have purchased the physical Gift Voucher, this will be posted by your chosen delivery. The Voucher can be used online. Each voucher purchased has an Expiry Date of 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Delivery Terms

As of January 1st 2021, our prices do not include local customs charges and taxes to those customers located within the EU. Gina’s Boutique will continue to hold responsibility for freight and insurance costs however, the EU customer is now responsible for import customs declaration charges and local VAT. All purchases made outside of the EU remain unchanged.

Late/Missed Deliveries

Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfil the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.


Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

  • The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
  • The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
  • Vehicle Breakdowns
  • Covid-19
  • Unable to locate your address
  • Incorrect address provided

Orders Delivered in Safe Place Or With A Neighbour

If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.


Please ensure once you have received your tracking information, that you do check frequently on the parcel so you know when to expect it. If you are not going to be in, please divert to a neighbour or safe place as we cannot take responsibility for parcels left if there is no answer at the door.
